To fill or burst. To watch or not to watch!
But of course. Are you kidding me?!?

We will switch off the lights, and light this lantern on March 27 from 8:30PM to 9:30PM.
It will only take one hour. Our modest share in conserving the Earth.
Last February 14, our company celebrated Heart’s Day by launching a more extensive wellness program, emphasizing personal wellness goals for its employees this fiscal year. Taking care of our hearts, literally. The program includes a subsidized blood chemistry fee to determine employees’ blood sugar and cholesterol levels, a series of seminars and consultation with certified nutritionist dietitians from Intellicare and Nestlé (which I really appreciate, and hope other people will have the same chance to sit in because the information is indeed an eye-opener), Biggest Loser/Gainer Challenge (because being healthy does not only involve losing some pounds but, sometimes, gaining more), and free various workout sessions at Slimmer’s World.
You don’t have to travel outside Metro Manila, like Subic or Caliraya, to experience bungee jumping. Or, at least, just have that impression that you’re jumping off a soaring structure. We’ve discovered recently that you can do this within the metro, at the bayside of the Mall of Asia. They call it Bungee Fun. I say “impression” because you don’t actually start from the peak of a tall building, bridge, or tower but from a trampoline located at the base of the Bungee Fun structure. You have an adjustable harness fastened around your waist and thighs, and attached to two bungee cords on both sides. Its setup is quite safer than bungee jumping’s.
Brewing Sessions has two new pages, one of which has been discreetly existing on this Web site for the past couple of months. The Cupboards page contains a list of books that interest us and the Hot Spots page summarizes the places that we have visited since 2005. Although we decided to publish these pages, we are still in the process of updating corresponding lists and descriptions. We are getting down on our knees for the eyesore they might bring.
Two 1-liner Microsoft ads, a horizontal top banner and a square side banner, greeted my first browse today. The lure worked. I followed the hyperlinks and found out that a matching 30-seconder campaign carrying the same message has just been launched this week.
Getting warmer. Less than a month to the ring.

I know some of you have already read this message from our Yahoo! Groups accounts late last night. Kooky, thanks for the prompt response. I’m posting the same content for those who have not yet received it and for anyone who could help us.
