Taking care of our hearts, literally. The program includes a subsidized blood chemistry fee to determine employees’ blood sugar and cholesterol levels, a series of seminars and consultation with certified nutritionist dietitians from Intellicare and Nestlé (which I really appreciate, and hope other people will have the same chance to sit in because the information is indeed an eye-opener), Biggest Loser/Gainer Challenge (because being healthy does not only involve losing some pounds but, sometimes, gaining more), and free various workout sessions at Slimmer’s World.

Stay healthy without being self-conscious— moderate what we eat, jog on a regular basis, take thorough medical checkup earnestly.
Execute some crazy plans— slightly ambitious, but who knows.
