Earlier this morning, I asked Nay if the latest typhoon Pepeng (international name is Parma) is already considered category 3. She said she didn’t know if it’s already signal number 3. I told her it’s still signal number 2 in the Bicol region and signal number 3 has not been raised anywhere yet. In the middle of that short discussion, obviously, we both got confused. Right there and then, I somehow pinned down the lapse. Tito, look meron flood. That was little Gabi, peering over the window and watching a shallow water flow near the gate. A few hours after that, we started to have our own wetlands, which lasted for two days. First flood experience, and quite an experience at that.
